Green Star Social Marketing Guarantee Limited Jobs Senior Officer Monitoring & Coordination:
Greenstar Social Marketing (Guarantee) Limited is looking for candidates for the position of ‘Senior Officer – Monitoring and Coordination’ based at Lahore.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop a monthly plan in consultation with the line-manager
- Conduct monitoring visits in different university districts across the Country
- Monitor and quality assurance spot checks on respective project sites
- Monitoring visits to implementing partners for data clarifications
- Coordinates with university teams regarding reports, schedules, training data, and M&E activities
- Verify, prepare and maintain database
- Assess all trainings, verification of the participants & develop reports
- Regular coordination with university teams to identify the gaps in their capacity for data recording and provide them guidance as per protocols
- Work on M & E systems to update data/reports
- Perform other duties as required
Knowledge and Experience:
- Graduate
- 1 – 2 years of experience in field monitoring
- Experience of data management and handling along with data analysis skills
- Strong administrative skills and ability to pay attention to details
- Willing to travel extensively in field
