Graduate scheme – Wealth Management

We are currently looking for new and recent Dubai-based graduates to join us, starting in summer 2016 at our offices in Dubai. No finance background is necessary, just the ability to learn quickly, excellent client engagement skills and the drive and determination to succeed. The positions are an excellent opportunity in a growing multinational organisation with huge ambitions to change and improve the sector in which we operate. Many of our senior people started by answering a similar advert to this and are now business leaders.
The scheme starts with 4 weeks intensive training at our offices in Dubai. After that your role as a Banking & Investment Executive will begin in earnest. You will gain amazing exposure as you will be working alongside members of our senior team on a daily basis, learning from them and receiving ongoing training and development input. We offer excellent career progression too, with the expectation that you will take your wealth management exams and work towards becoming qualified- this can be achieved in as little as 18 months depending on your commitment and ambition.
