🔹 Monitor and analyze KPIs to achieve production targets.
🔹 Supervise & train production line staff for smooth operations.
🔹 Perform routine & annual maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime.
🔹 Drive yield improvement & production efficiency initiatives.
🔹 Use production planning and inventory management software.
🔹 Implement cost-saving measures & productivity improvements.
🔹 Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations.
🔹 Maintain quality standards across production processes.

🎓 BSc. Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
💼 3–5 years of experience (preferable Food & Beverages Industry)
