Position: Account Manager, Technology and Consumer Goods, Large Customer Sales (Urdu, English)

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, digital media sales, business development, online media environment, or digital marketing role.
Ability to communicate in English and Urdu fluently to serve Urdu-speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience working within emerging markets, with a particular focus on the Fintech sector.
Experience in digital advertising and performance marketing, and in-depth knowledge of the digital media and advertising ecosystem.
Ability to build and develop relationships with stakeholders of all levels, including customer and agency levels.
Ability to operate in a changing, constantly evolving team environment, navigate through ambiguity, and work with minimal guidance.
Ability to identify solutions and insights from data and take an entrepreneurial approach.
Excellent project management, organization, and investigative skills.

Responsibilities

Engage and influence key customer stakeholders by leading meetings to uncover marketing goals and key performance indicators, translating them into actionable campaign strategies.
Drive exceptional campaign results, quantify business impact, and demonstrate value to customers, maintaining account hygiene.
Build and pitch data-driven solutions to maximize customer value through Google’s advertising solutions, manage objections, and ultimately achieve sales growth goals.
Analyze campaign data, ensuring performance is accurately tracked, and delivering measurable results aligned with customer objectives.
Monitor performance data to extract key insights, identifying and cultivating qualified promote opportunities to drive future customer growth and build pipeline.

Position: Analytical Lead, Planning and Measurement, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis in a customer-facing role.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience in statistical analysis and data visualization and with SQL, R, or Python.
Experience presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
Understanding of digital advertising metrics, methodologies, and technologies including attribution, geo-experiments, incrementality and online-to-offline measurement.
Understanding of Online Commerce, Social Commerce platforms and Ecosystem in South East Asia.
Familiarity with Google’s measurement products (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Firebase) and leading third-party platforms.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Build strong relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business objectives and measurement needs. Partner closely with Google Sales teams, Product teams, and Engineering teams to ensure alignment and drive product innovation.
Craft media plan guidance (across performance and brand) in accordance with customer business objectives. Stay aware of industry trends and best practices in measurement, sharing knowledge and insights with clients and internal stakeholders through presentations, workshops, and thought leadership content.
Develop customized measurement frameworks and roadmaps for clients, encompassing a range of methodologies and Google’s measurement solutions
Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance data, leveraging statistical techniques and causal inference to uncover meaningful insights and recommendations.
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimize campaign performance and demonstrate the value of different media channels and strategies.
