SENIOR MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING (IE)
Gohar Textile Mills Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as Senior Manager – Industrial Engineering (IE).
Location: Faisalabad, Pakistan
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience: 10–15 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering, preferably in the Textile Manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Industrial Engineering. Candidates with a master’s degree will be preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Work Study, Capacity Planning, Productivity Improvement, and Process Optimization.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and production analysis tools.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the Industrial Engineering function across manufacturing operations.
- Drive productivity enhancement through work study, time & motion study, line balancing, and manpower optimization.
- Develop and monitor SMV/SAM, production efficiency, KPIs, and capacity planning.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Optimize production layouts, workflows, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality, and HR teams to achieve operational excellence.
- Lead and mentor the IE team while supporting strategic business objectives through data-driven decision-making.
