Job Description:
- Monitor and ensure the growth of core products along with new products.
- Identify local business opportunities and challenges.
- Carry out responsibilities for achieving target and increase market share growth.
- Identify customer needs and recommend product solutions.
- Conduct field visits, negotiate & discuss with customers to close sale and maintain after sales relationship with customers.
- In collaboration with sales team, achieve overall short and long-term sales and marketing objectives.
- Follow up on a regular basis.
- Assist the line manager in collecting market intelligence, competitors’ activities, and customer feedback.
- Align and coordinate various events like promotional campaigns, road shows, etc., as per the market need.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- FMCG sales experience will be preferable.
- Willing to work under pressure.
- Must have good communication and writing skills.
- Should be proactive, self-motivated, and well-mannered with a positive attitude.
- Good knowledge of computer skills.
