At Gharibwal Cement, we are looking for: Senior Manager Admin & Security
Job Description (JD)
Oversee all administrative functions including transport, security, HSE, infrastructure maintenance, and general administration to ensure smooth operations.
Implement policies and systems to enhance efficiency and ensure compliance with company regulations.
Manage facility upkeep, lead security operations of factory premises and ensure security arrangements for foreigners’ security.
Deal with all types of labour disputes, CBA matters and court cases of all sorts.
Liaise with concerned government departments on company matters and issuance of NOCs. Also work closely with local community for maintaining harmonious relations with locals.

Eligibility Criteria & Location
• MBA/MPA preferably with LLB from recognized university
• Around 15 years’ experience of Admin & Security from industrial sector out of which at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Maximum Age: 50
• Location: Gharibwal Cement factory, Ismailwal, District Chakwal.
(2.5 hours’ journey from Rawalpindi and Lahore via M2 Motorway – nearest interchange – Lilla)
