We’re Hiring for

GM – FINANCE & ACCOUNTS (GROUP LEVEL)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the group-wide financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and implement financial policies, controls, and systems at the group level.
• Monitor working capital, cash flows, and treasury functions to ensure optimal utilization of resources.
• Oversee statutory audits and ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Provide strategic input on investments, M&As, and capital structuring.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, regulatory authorities, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

• CA / ACCA / CFA / or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a diversified group or holding company.
• Proven experience in consolidated group financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic planning.
• Strong understanding of IFRS / GAAP, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems and financial analysis tools.
