KEY ACCOUNTS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• New customer development and market exploration.
• Achieve sales and collection targets on a monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
• Attend customer complaints and resolve them.
• Establish rapport and strong relationships with the customers.
• Competitor analysis / Market trend and also monitor customer warehouse.

Requirements:

• Master’s / BBA (Hons) preferably in Sales and Marketing from a well-reputed university.
• Minimum 3 years of Key Accounts or B2B sales experience.
• Having a minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in sales & qualified from a well-reputed university can also apply.
• Designing solutions to resolve issues of customers.
• Ability to analyze market and sales trends, setting targets, and devising strategies for achievement.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
