Organization: Regional Manager – Operations, based in Karachi.
The role is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of multiple Visa Application Centres across the South region, ensuring the achievement of regional KPIs, SLAs, turnaround times, service quality, and compliance standards. It will also oversee resource optimization, cost control, team development, stakeholder management, new mission onboarding, and continuous operational improvement.
Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related discipline, along with 10–12 years of progressive leadership experience in operations or service-oriented industries, are encouraged to apply. A Master’s degree is preferred. Strong leadership, multi-site operations management, stakeholder engagement, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required.
