At Gerry’s International Licensee of FedEx, we are hiring Regional Manager Credit and Collection in our C&C Department Team-North based in Lahore office who will play a pivotal role in our operations.

Job Responsibilities

Credit Risk Management:

Develop and enforce credit policies to minimize financial risk.
Evaluate the creditworthiness of customers and recommend credit terms based on risk assessments.

Collections Management:

Oversee collections to ensure timely payments and lead the collections team.
Resolve escalated payment issues and disputes, while working on strategies to reduce overdue accounts.

Reporting & Analysis:

Prepare detailed reports on accounts receivable, aging, and collection performance.
Analyze feedback and update senior management on credit and collections status, ensuring compliance with standards.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with commercial, finance, and other departments to address credit and collections issues.
Work with legal teams for escalated cases and pursue legal actions for bad debts.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead, mentor, and develop the credit and collections team, conducting performance evaluations and fostering employee growth.

Process Improvement:

Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency and reduce delinquencies, while implementing technological solutions.

Compliance & Documentation:
Ensure all activities comply with company policies, legal standards, and best practices.

Skills & Competencies:

Negotiation Skills
Proficient in MS Office
Strong leadership skills

Qualification: Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
Work Experience : 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
