Job Objectives:

• Develop and oversee the Annual Audit Plan, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives
• Preparation of documents as per direction of Head of Internal Audit
• Lead the execution of the approved audit plan, managing risk assessments and control evaluation
• Supervise and mentor the internal audit staff, providing guidance and resources to achieve audit objectives
• Lead and supervise the retail audits team and continuously improve the retail audits
• Lead special audits and assignments including fraud investigation and operational reviews
• Continuously improve internal audit methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and effusiveness

Requirements:

• Candidate must be a Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Minimum 2 years of post-articleship experience required
