FTC Management Company (Pvt.) Limited, an ISO-Certified Company engaged in the specialized fields of facilities management, operations and maintenance of corporate edifices situated at Finance & Trade Center (FTC) Karachi, is looking for a qualified and dynamic individual for the position of Chief Executive with proven skills and vision to lead the organization.

The Chief Executive will be responsible for the efficient management of the Company and its affairs, subject to the oversight and directions of the Board of Directors. Responsibilities include but not limited to implementation of strategies and policies approved by the Board, proper HR Management, Project Management and utilization, making appropriate arrangements to ensure that resources are properly safeguarded and used economically, efficiently and effectively, in accordance with all statutory obligations.

The applicant must be:

Qualification: At least a Graduate in Mechanical or Electrical engineering from a well-reputed and HEC recognized institution. Must be registered with PEC.

Additional Qualification/Certifications: A Master’s degree and Professional Certification like CFM (Certified Facilities Manager), FMP (Facilities Management Professional), or IFMA (International Facilities Management Association) would be an added advantage.

Experience: Minimum 15 years of relevant experience including exposure to Senior Management and Top Leadership roles.

Skills:

Excellent communications, interpersonal and presentation skills.
In-depth knowledge of facilities management operations.
Strong understanding of finance, accounting and business operations.
Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, clients and partners.
Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, drive innovation and foster growth.
Strong professional reputation, integrity and ethical leadership.

Age Limit: Maximum age limit is 55 years at the closing date of this advertisement.

Compensation: Market competitive compensation package will be offered.

Terms of Employment: Three years contract, detailed terms & conditions will be settled in the contract.
