Positions/Vacancies:
- Asst. Manager C&F —Supply Chain
Relevant Work Experience: (5-6 years)
Position Summary: To manage the custom clearance of all imports and exports of material for smooth plant operations lob Responsibilities:
• Manages clearance of foreign purchases/export through approved clearing & forwarding age.
• Coordinates with customs authorities with respect to appeal & duty exemptions
• Oversee the entire Import & export liaison with custom authorities & clearing Agents
• Focal point between Head office & Ware House team for arrival and offloading of shipme. at Plant site
• Manages the export of imported items to vendor for replacement/repair purposes if required
• Monitor the performance and potential of logistics agents and evaluates contractors performance for future contracts recommendation.
Qualification: Minimum MBA (Preferably in Supply Chain from reputable University), Power Plant exposure will be an added advantage Skilla/Knowledge< Production & ProcessinA Transportation, Management of Material liesourms, Negotiation Skills
Position Location: Plant Site —Karachi Report to: Manager SCM, Head Office Market competitive salary and benefits will be offered.
