Position: Line Supervisor
Open Positions: 8 Nos
We are looking for a responsible Line Supervisor to manage production line operations, ensure smooth functioning of PLC and electrical systems, supervise workers, and achieve assigned production targets efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and operate PLC and related electrical systems to ensure smooth line operations.
- Supervise workers for line washing, cleanliness, and proper placement at assigned positions.
- Check product tanks and ensure uninterrupted supply during operations.
- Ensure the line starts on time and production targets are achieved within shift hours.
- Monitor line clearance and maintenance requirements.
- Identify and report technical or operational issues through proper channels.
- Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for efficient operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: DAE in Electrical, Mechanical, or relevant technical field preferred.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in production, manufacturing, or plant operations.
- Skills:
- Basic knowledge of PLC and electrical systems.
- Strong supervisory and team management skills.
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting ability.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
