Foree Pakistan Jobs Jan 2019: Foree is looking for an energetic and reliable plus experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join our company on full time basis.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing marketing initiatives & campaigns.
  • Ensure sound and effective execution of marketing communication campaigns (Digital and conventional media), exhibitions and promotional events.
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule meetings with agencies and other business partners.
  • Coordinate with the agencies on day to day basis efficiently to ensure smooth delivery of marketing material/campaigns.
  • Maintain relationships with the agencies, media vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance.
  • Hands on monitoring social media channels & reporting.
  • Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Assist in conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures (as per requirement).
  • Excellent communication skills speaking and writing.

We are looking for an energetic and reliable plus experienced HR Generalist to join our Human Resources department on full time basis.

Job Roles: Creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.



Other Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
  • Monitor HR department’s budget.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques.
  • Design compensation and benefits packages.
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software technologies.
  • Implement performance review procedures.

Requirements:

The candidate should have relevant degree in HR along with a hands on experience of at least 2 years specifically in core areas including Recruitment, Budgeting, Compensation and formulation of HR policies. He/she should demonstrate strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
