Position Title: Shift Lead – Onboarding

Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting the Functional Lead in building processes for the department as per business requirement.
- Team’s time management (scheduling, forecasting, capacity planning).
- Verification and maintenance of billing data of various vendors (Network Provider/Courier Services).
- Maintaining the inventory levels (Tablets, Sims), managing safety stock starting from onboarding the vendors to Offboarding through Salesforce.
- To be a creative problem solver and be able to perform root cause analysis.
- Ensure procurement and right requirements of the inventory.
- Assist the Functional Leads in initiating new roll outs and projects.
- Communicate and coordinate with Dispatch Teams, Technical Teams and Offboarding Teams regarding vendor/partners/fleet issues.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar field.
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in a computer science. Masters will be preferred.
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
- Must be flexible with regards to working hours
