Position Title: ABM – Pro, BTL and Social Media

Department: Marketing

Location: Karachi

We’re looking for a highly-driven and motivated “Assistant Brand Manager” for our Marketing team in Pakistan. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on exposure and have a direct impact, then this may be the place for you!

The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing a brand – comfortable working independently, whilst working closely with the management team. This role will be based in Karachi, Pakistan and will report to the “Head of Brand Marketing & Strategy”.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for Pandapro vertical of the business. This includes strategy around subscription, managing the P&L, and communication development.
Responsible for Influencer marketing campaigns for the entire brand.
Working on BTL requirements of the company including merchandise, OOH and giveaways etc
Monthly reporting of social media performance through community management tools.
Coordinating with Regional and Central Teams over various strategy and execution decisions

Requirements:

Professional qualification (BBA or MBA).
Total 3-5 years of work experience.
Passionate about facilitating Business, exploring new ideas and providing relevant support from Finance end.
You are comfortable using various tech tools (e.g. Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.)
Highly organized and self-disciplined, able to work on multiple projects in a self-structured and well-prioritized way
Extremely analytical, data-driven & with a keen eye on process improvement
Effective communication and interpersonal skills with a problem-solving attitude is the cornerstone of your personality.
