Job Description:

As an Assistant Manager (AM) / Junior Manager (JM) – Corporate Affairs, you will play a pivotal role in managing corporate responsibilities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing the company’s reputation. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing corporate affairs strategies aligned with the company’s objectives.
Liaise with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry associations to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
Support corporate communications, including drafting press releases, statements, and official correspondence.
Monitor and analyze policy developments, legislative changes, and industry trends impacting the organization.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of corporate initiatives.
Represent the company at external meetings, conferences, and events to enhance corporate reputation.
Prepare and submit reports, documentation, and filings required by regulatory bodies.
Assist in crisis management and issue resolution as needed.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, media, and industry leaders.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in corporate affairs, government relations, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and public policy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
High level of professionalism and integrity.
