Faysal Bank Ltd Jobs Senior Product Manager: Sr. Product Manager – Islamic Liability Products required for Faysal Bank, Karachi.
Main duties:
- Work closely with Head of Liability Products in generating value driven Liability Product Proposition.
- Improve Customer Value Proposition for product growth & profitability.
- Product strategy development, execution & portfolio management.
- Management of front-line performance through incentives & campaigns.
- Ensure front-line product training needs are addressed effectively.
- Enhance & improve the Islamic Liability products suite & processes from time to time to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: - MBA from a reputed institute.
- 8 to 10 years of Retail/Branch Banking Islamic Product Management experience.
- Capable of working under pressure with minimal guidance.
- Effective interpersonal & communication skills.
