Job Responsibilities:
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure cost efficiency, timely distribution, and product integrity (ambient & chilled).
- Manage 3PLs and transport partners, monitor SLA performance, and ensure regulatory, food safety, and temperature compliance.
- Track logistics KPIs, analyze data for delivery efficiency, cost savings, and implement process improvements using lean principles.
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and customer service teams train staff on best handling practices.
- Oversee risk management, corrective actions, and ensure timely PR creation and invoice processing for transporters.
