WE ARE HIRING SALES ANALYST
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales operations or commercial analytics, with strong expertise in sales reporting, data analysis, ERP systems (SAP/Salesflo), Advanced Excel, Power BI, and KPI/dashboard management.
- BBA/MBA Degree in business, marketing, or related degree.

Job Responsibilities:
- Compile and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data (primary & secondary) to prepare accurate reports and performance insights.
- Track sales performance against targets, identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Maintain sales databases, retailer/distributor records, and ensure data accuracy across ERP systems (SAP, Salesflo).
- Develop and maintain sales KPIs, dashboards, and reports using Advanced Excel and Power BI.
- Support sales operations projects, ensure compliance with SOPs, and promptly escalate data or process issues while driving continuous process improvements.
