WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- 1–2 years of IT support experience with expertise in end-user troubleshooting across multiple devices and platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
-Provide onsite and remote technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, business applications, and day-to-day IT issues.
-Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows, MS Office, email clients, hardware, printers, and scanners.
-Provide first-level support for LAN, WLAN, and WAN connectivity and troubleshoot basic network and access issues.
-Maintain IT asset inventory, equipment allocation, asset tagging, and handover records.
-Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including system access, devices, and email configuration.
-Provide IT support during new site setups, relocations, expansions, and infrastructure activities. Apply
