Job Responsibilities:
- Act as a Finance Business Partner for Milk Collection, Plant Operations, and Supply Chain across all entities.
- Collaborate closely with business segment heads as a Business Partner.
- Support budget development, budgetary control, and operational efficiencies.
- Improve process efficiencies, costing, and internal controls within areas of influence.
- Lead financial operations for the mentioned areas.
- Oversee monthly and annual financial close processes.
- Address and mitigate control deficiencies identified by Internal Audit.
- Actively identify & contribute to SAP-related improvements.
- Active traveling to Dairy, Cereals, and Pasta Plants.
