Fatima Group is hiring for Superintendent Warehouse- Technical Services. The ideal candidate should have the following:
Job Summary: To control and manage the all operations and activities executing within Indenting, Receiving and issuing Sections at Warehouse and related to other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Review the Inventory System of the Materials Warehouse. Analyze parameters such as stock levels and stock value, lead time for procurement, economical order quantity. Ensure proper stock replenishment to rational levels (Max. availability of material with Min. inventory value) so as to reduce company expenditure Share data with end users /interfaces; initiate & pursue procurement as per user’s priority Arrange cash from finance for low value cash purchase, Coordination for Bilty payment of vehicles etc. Arrange loan/borrow from sister companies and other companies. Reparation of expanse report.
Maintaining low value cash register.
Required Knowledge & Skills:
Strong knowledge of Inventory Management and ERP Systems (Oracle, Sphera)Inventory optimization & control methods knowledge Know how of Warehousing Systems Basic Understanding on Supply Chain Modules. Knowledge of scrap disposal, handling and sale SOP Good Communication Skills Strong Analytical Skills Decision Making Skills Sound Team Management Skills Strong Management Skills Strong Coordination Skills Strong Problem Solving Skills Convincing Integrity and Commitment.
Qualification: Graduation
Experience: 10 Years Experience in Warehousing, IT, Supply Chain Function.
