Fatima Group Jobs Executive Security:

Fatima Group is hiring for Executive Security at Fatima Fertilizer Plant Site, Sadiqabad. The ideal candidate should have the following:

Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Science or Commerce or Arts

Experience: Minimum 18-25 years Army Service.

Location: Sadiqabad

Key Responsibilities
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To assist General Manager Admin and Security in all functions of security. Coordinate or oversee all matters relating to routine security at Plantiste organize and supervisor the working of security. Perform any take or responsibility assigned by General Manager Admin and Security and helps him in the development of long term or short term plans for security.
Keep under constant review the functions, duties and responsibilities of those reporting in order that these can be carried out effectively.

Technical

Plan, coordinates and, controls the work of all personal reporting to him to ensure that the objectives of his section are understood and carried out.
Responsible to ensure smooth working of security work force.
Train and educate all security personnel in performing that no sensitive areas are left unattended or unobserved.
Plan the rotation and leave of all security personnel.
Ensure maintenance of all security records or weapons, ammunition, CCTVs.
Ensure sound communication system between all check posts round the clock.
Ensure CCTV control room being manned 24/7.
Be responsible for the security of Gas pipelines with in the project and township by carrying out surprise checks.
Implement all security orders or instructions issued from time to time ensuring that no untoward incident occurs at the plantsite and township.
Keep General Manager Adin and Security well or timely informed on abnormal happenings or any serious security breech or attempt of security breech.
Recommends any modification or changes for revision of security orders or instructions to senior executive security if and when considered essential.
Submit daily report to General Manger Admin and Security any untoward incident.
Ensure adequate deployment on the plantsite and the surrounding area to collect essential intelligence gathering with respect to security to prevent or pre-empt any threat.
All matters relating to security at plantiste and township access and exit control of personnel or vehicular traffic are looked into.
Any other tasks or duty assigned by General Manger Admin and Security.
Perform any special assignment as per instructions of General Manger Admin and Security.
Budgeting of security section.
Plan, coordinate and execute matter relating to security.
Security or escort of VIPs or Visitors to plantsite and township.
Liaison with location police and administration when necessary.
Requesting help and coordinate with civil police and civil administration in case of labor disturbance or law and order situation.
Take necessary mearsures for protection of plant premises from any outside threat including township.
Act as MCC member in case of emergency. Apply
