Requirements: 15+ years’ experience, of corporate and legal affairs management.
Required qualification: LLB or higher.
Ideal candidate must have the requisite experience of vetting and drafting legal documents, filing all statutory returns under Company law, as well as coordinating and dealing with relevant regulatory authorities.
