Experience: Fresh
Responsibilities:
 Drive e-commerce sales by managing and monitoring online levers including data analysis, SEO/SEM, email marketing, customer experience, and CRM.
 Develop strategies to improve website sales conversions
 Oversee all digital marketing functions – SEO, paid search, email marketing
 Manage all web analytics
 Generate reports and analysis on performance of online marketing campaigns, competitor activity, and trends
 Manage website improvements
 Oversee and develop strategy and execution of email marketing and customer acquisition
 Execute new ways to generate traffic and increase engagement and purchase
 Develop and monitor ROI of digital initiatives
 Work with shipping companies to reduce transportation costs
 Deliver an exceptional customer service program that offers every consumer the whole brand experience
 Maintain an awareness of market trends and forthcoming customer initiatives, monitoring online competitors
