RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage fuel cards and update fuel pricing on a timely basis.
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
- Manage customer fuel accounts, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
- Support sales activities by coordinating with customers and internal teams.
- Process invoices – receive, store, and share with relevant departments/customers.
- Manage the ordering, activation, and cancellation of fuel cards.
- Prepare and maintain reports related to card usage, sales, and operations.
- Monitor fleet fuel consumption, transactions, and exceptions to ensure compliance and detect irregularities.
- Provide operational support to ensure seamless delivery of fuel card services.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
- Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and attention to detail.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to internal systems and procedures.
