Job Title: Assistant Manager Legal (Rahim Yar Khan)
Job Responsibilities:
- Procuring e-stamp papers, stamp papers, certified copies of court orders, etc.
- Registration of various documents like Agreements to Sell, Conveyance Deeds, Transfer Deeds, Mortgage Deeds, with the concerned Sub-registrar(s).
- Drafting of legal documents, to be vetted by the Group Head Legal.
- Diligently attending Court Cases, as and when required, resulting in favorable decisions.
- Attending and representing the Company before various departments/offices like SECP, MOFA, MC/TMA, Excise & Taxation, Sub-registrar, Revenue Department, including office of Patwari, Police Stations, Auqaf Department, etc.
- Establishing liaison with external legal counsels.
- Maintenance, organization & safekeeping of office legal records.
- Assist & provide support in managing legal advice and support to protect the organization’s business interests and ensure it complies with all relevant laws and regulations to meet the organization’s long and short-term objectives/goals.
- Reporting to Group Head Legal, Head Office, Lahore.
- Attend to all legal matters referred by the management.
Education and Experience:
- LLB from an HEC recognized University, with license to undertake legal practice issued by the Punjab Bar Court.
- Must be an Advocate of the High Courts.
- Minimum of 05 years’ experience required.
