About This Opportunity: The Site Engineer is data driven to build insights and trends to optimally and efficiently supervise; civil works, on-site survey, network design, installation. They also provide support and assurance for commissioning, and integration activities. The Site Engineer enforce to responsible business practices ensuring compliance to; group, legal and financial directives, global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety (E+OHS), information and product security and privacy, using relevant processes and tools.
What You Will Do
- Site location, Site documentation
- Plan installation & commissioning activities
- Tools, & equipment, Transportation & access!
- stakeholder Management (NIC, 3rd parties)
- E+OHS site inspections, Daily Risk assessment
- Protect site from unauthorized access (i.e. Segregation BTW traffic /pedestrian & work area), Safe work area and drop zones for lifting operations in place
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) available and properly used. Storage for installation material in place
You will bring
Install and align equipment in accordance to installation documentation and instructions
- Equipment delivery & transport damages completed
- Equipment powered-up, Equipment tested (Drive Test & Line of Sight),Equipment Test Documentation compiled
- Red mark installation drawing for guidance to As Built documentation, Configuration and Integration of Ericsson Mini link 6000 Transmission equipment.
- Integration activities executed, Software Upgrade, Run tests & Clear alarms, Secure off site integration services with Network Integration Centre (NIC)
- Integration Report Documentation compiled
- Secure E+ OHS and security adherence, Ensure employees are familiar with hazards in the workplace.
- Visual inspection on ongoing and completed work, Monitor safety performance of all onsite activities.
- Ensure equipment and tools are adequately maintained and suitable for the tasks undertaken.
- Inspect, report and replace damaged goods
