1, Engro Energy is looking for a skilled and experienced Deputy Manager Maintenance Planning to join its team at the Sindh Engro Coal Mining Company – Thar Site.
If you hold a BE in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering and bring 5–7 years of experience in maintenance and spares planning, especially within the mining industry or heavy equipment fleet, we’d love to hear from you.
As Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for mining equipment and facilities. Your expertise will play a critical role in ensuring operational efficiency, equipment reliability, cost control, and adherence to safety and environmental standards.

2, Engro Energy is looking for an Officer HSE (Contract) to join our team at the Nabisar Site.
If you have a Bachelor’s degree and 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HSE, we encourage you to apply. Knowledge of HSE systems and inspections/audit competency is essential for this role.
As Officer HSE, you will contribute to managing our HSE systems, support compliance audits, and assist in the field implementation of safety programs. Your work will help ensure regulatory adherence and promote continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental performance.

Candidates with a BS in Engineering (Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics) and 5-6 years of experience are encouraged to apply. Preferred candidates will have certifications in process optimization, cost modelling, and data analytics. The role focuses on integrating sustainability into mine operations, optimizing processes through strategic planning, automation, and global benchmarking, while driving performance, safety, and continuous improvement across mining functions.
