Requirements:

• Bachelors from an HEC recognized university
• 7-12 years of relevant work experience

Overall Responsibilities: This position is responsible for a wide variety of secretarial & administrative duties supporting a C-Level Executive. Following tasks are typical for this position, incumbents may be required to perform additional/different duties from those set forth below to address business needs.

• Answers & screens phone calls/manages the executive’s mail
• Schedules & coordinates appointments, meetings and events, including registration & travel arrangements as necessary
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries
• Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work
• Maintain confidentiality at all times

• 5-6 yrs of relevant work experience
• 1 yr litigation experience in a law firm, familiarity with Court (esp. Sindh High Court)

Overall Responsibilities:

• Render written advice on intellectual property matters & work closely with external counsels for registration & protection of IP rights
• Liaise with external counsels, attend meetings & court hearings
• Lender advice/written opinions on potential litigation matters & current litigation.
• Assist with auditors’ responses, maintenance of litigation sheets, preparation of board resolution & Authority letters & update business about progress of cases
