Position: Assistant Manager ICT Communication & Training
Requirements:
• Bachelors or Master’s in Business Administration, Computer Sciences or Social Sciences.
• Minimum 4 – 5 years of relevant experience.
Overall Responsibilities:
• Coordinate all external/internal activities of the communications for ICT department.
• Designing and drafting knowledge base articles, known errors with resolutions and self-service manuals to communicate with employees.
• Design training content, awareness articles, refreshers, tips related to ICT services for employees.
• ICT individual/group training needs.
• Identify training needs of company employees for ICT services.
• Maintain a database of all train ng materials.
• Lead ICT session of Employee Training & onboarding.
• Drafting and editing materials and communications for ICT services.
• Execute trainings for employees on different venues and virtually.
• To make trainings more interactive, practical, and closer to the business needs, introduce innovative & creative training tools & techniques.
• Develop ICT News content, Annual Report, Newsletters.
