Position: Territory Sales Executive
Location: Arifwala
Department: Sales
Qualification: Bachelors (Minimum)
Experience: 2 – 4 years of relevant experience. FMCG Preferred.

Brief for duties and skills:

Monthly Sales Target Achievement (in terms of revenue generation, volume, master cartons etc)
Ensure availability & visibility of XYZ brands / SKUs in the assigned territory, market penetration.
Assign monthly/ daily sales target to DSR’s
Market share development in urban & rural.
Train, develop & monitor DSR & Salesmen
Identify Key Account/ Modern Trade

Position: QA Executive FG & Systems
Location: Hattar plant, KPK
Education: Bachelors (Minimum)
Experience: 3 years minimum

Brief for duties and responsibilities:

Conduct finished product testing both physically and chemically and report results in SAP system.
Review ISO systems, maintained at CFL, coach & train cross functional teams on timely basis to maintain effectiveness of system.
Look after record keeping and documentation related to QMS, FSMS and EMS to ensure its quick retrieval and continuous improvement of these systems.
Arrange product (biscuits & cake) for daily sensory evaluation, compile observations and share with all concerned.
Conduct shelf life study of finished product as per defined testing plan.
Conduct warehouse audits & market surveys to evaluate the quality compliance of the products & share the analysis results.
Complete the given task by managing resources and time.

Experience: 2-3 years minimum

Brief for duties and responsibilities:

To ensure that product quality meets the specific standards by inspections of materials equipment and packaging.
To lead the activity related to Food Safety & GMP Compliance shift wise.
To conduct sensory Evaluation in each shift, for Quality Improvements.
Allocation of QA staff in all sections and preparation of duty plan.
To lead the meeting of CRQS/DPR.
To ensure SAP & Hard Copy data punching as per defined frequency.
To release the Production in SAP for dispatch.
To ensure the GMP in the manufacturing and packing premises.
Endeavour to resolve the troubleshooting’s related to product quality.
To make decision about held products as well as update the Hold & rejection report.
To Verify the OPRP, CCP, MD Verification twice Per Shift, in case of Non-Compliance Line Stop
