Emirates Logistics Pakistan is hiring a Manager – Corporate & Regulatory Affairs to lead corporate governance, regulatory compliance and stakeholder engagement, ensuring the company remains compliant and effectively manages its external regulatory environment.
📍 Location: Lahore
💼 Experience: 6–10 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Lead corporate and regulatory affairs activities across Pakistan
- Manage relationships with relevant government authorities, regulators and external stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with applicable corporate, regulatory and statutory requirements
- Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business operations
- Coordinate licences, registrations, permits and regulatory submissions
- Support management on corporate governance, regulatory matters and risk mitigation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key government and institutional stakeholders
- Partner with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of regulatory and compliance matters
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Public Administration or a relevant field
- 6–10 years of experience in Corporate Affairs, Regulatory Affairs, Government Relations or a similar role
- Strong understanding of corporate and regulatory frameworks
- Proven experience managing government and regulatory stakeholders
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and relationship-building capabilities
