We are Hiring! Senior Proposals Engineer (Mechanical)

Location: Head Office, Valencia Town, Lahore

Division: Engineering, Procurement and Construction

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of costing of Mechanical Construction projects of Process Industry including Oil & Gas Petrochemical, FMCG, and Chemical industries.
• Knowledge of civil construction and electrical works shall be a definite plus point.

Education: B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering or DAE/B. Tech Mechanical.

Experience: B.Sc. Engineers 7 to 10 years. DAE /B. Tech 10 to 15 years.

Job Description:

• Minutely study RFQs and highlight clarifications required from clients.
• Communicate with clients to ensure that bids are according to client requirements.
• Preparation of Cost Estimates, technical and commercial proposals according to specifications in RFQs.
• Generate Material Rate Request to Procurement and Vendors for material rates.
• Re-check material rates from market for comparison.
• Supervise and lead Proposal Engineers in preparation of proposals.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather technical info for proposals preparation.
• Closely coordinate with BD Department and provide technical assistance as required.
• Prepare Project Budgets based on approved proposals.
• Good knowledge of contracts.
• Preparation of Presentations & Reports.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by management.
