Position: Admin & Store
No. of Positions: 07
Location: Site Project (NKL GRID, ISLAMABAD, Sargodha, PTC Jhelum, Al khair Rice Mills, GO Agro Multiple site)

Education: Graduation, or equivalent
Experience: 8+ year’s Experience on large construction projects
Skills: MS Excel/SAP
Job Description:
- Making administrative arrangements for staff and workers including Travels, Accommodation, Mess, Bill, cargo & post to and from Head Office.
- Estimation of Admin budgets for approval from Sr. Manager and monitoring after approval.
- Maintain Discipline at the project site.
- Maintenance & repair of company Equipment and vehicles.
- Local purchasing as required.
- Update attendance of staff & Labor on daily basis and report to HO & Manager.
- Prepare Monthly Join & Left Report (For Head Office).
- Ensure that all relevant records are kept up-to-dated.
- All issues regarding employees (attendance, addition, deletion, overtime, leave records).
