- To Develop Annual Recruitment Plan with Relevant Department heads as per the requirement
- Formation of KPI based Job Descriptions for middle and above level management positions
- Content writing for job adverts as per requirement of the position and sharing on relevant websites & in groups
- Lead employee engagement activities throughout the organization Actively plan & coordinate ernployer-branding initiatives both online on social sites and through career fairs
