Role Overview:

We are seeking Managers Sales & Retail Development for multiple locations to lead sales operations and retail growth initiatives. This role involves business planning, customer engagement, and strategic sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Oversee day-to-day sales operations and retail development activities

✓ Develop and execute business strategies to expand market presence

✓ Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders

✓ Drive sales performance through effective negotiation and presentation skills

✓ Ensure excellent customer service and communication across retail channels

Qualifications:

✓ Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field

✓ Strong analytical and business planning skills

✓ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities

✓ Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the oil and gas industry
