DVAGO HR Internship July 2023:

DVAGO is urgently looking to is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our company as an HR Intern.

This internship opportunity will provide you with hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources, allowing you to develop essential skills and knowledge in the field. As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team and assist in a wide range of HR activities.

Responsibilities:

Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
Participate in the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and preparing employee documentation
Support HR staff in maintaining employee records and files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, claims processing, and addressing employee inquiries
Help organize and coordinate employee training programs and events
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute to the improvement of HR processes
Handle general administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases

Requirements:

Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Proactive and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask effectively

Duration: The length of internship position, will be for 8 to 12 weeks.
