DUNYA MEDIA GROUP is seeking a HR Executive with a focus on Recruitment and Selection to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in talent acquisition, a strong educational background in HR, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Requirements:
*Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated success in Recruitment and Selection.
*Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources.
*Possession of relevant HR certifications is considered a significant advantage.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Strong interpersonal and public relations abilities.
*Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
Responsibilities:
*Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection.
*Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
*Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and candidates.
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate databases and recruitment-related documentation.
*Plan, coordinate, and execute successful campus recruitment initiatives.
*Contribute to the enhancement of recruitment processes and strategies.
