Sr. Corporate Officer

LOCATION: DR. ZIAUDDIN HOSPITAL, HEAD OFFICE, NORTH NAZIMABAD KARACHI

JOB SUMMARY:

Data entry of orders into the Oracle ERP system.
Supervise the technical and administrative activities of the corporate department responsible for day to day smooth operation of the department.
Perform daily financial transaction which includes computing, posting, verifying and maintain account receivable data.
Build a healthy customer service relationship.
Implementation of quality records as documented and as per retention policy.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reconcile the Companies patient’s bills with bill summary and resolve the relevant queries.
Analyze common issues and take steps to reduce or eliminate them.
To collaborate with other IT personnel and seek help from supervisors to develop relevant solutions.
Monitor the financial issue of the companies patients.
Preparation of bills in detail.
Supervise the complex matters regarding approvals.
Deal with companies concern person for patients queries.
Awareness regarding the companies policies and its updating.
Implementation of rules & regulation as per corporate / companies policies.
Act as supporting role in any system related problems / queries.
Capability to work well in high-pressure situations.

KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCES:

Knowledge of Computer software’s & Oracle ERP / Billing & Accounting management.
Communication, Presentation & negotiation skills.
Good Commands over computer techniques.

REQUIREMENTS:

Academic Qualifications: Bachelors.
Working Experience: 3–4 years in corporate Billing department preferably hospital management.
