Job Summary:

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for assisting in the development and execution of strategies to engage target audiences. This involves planning events and leveraging digital channels for promotion. The focus will be on enhancing patient engagement and ensuring compliance. Your efforts will drive awareness, bolster the hospital’s reputation, and support patient acquisition and retention.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute the Events and Activation as per the guidelines set by management.
• Transform the planned activities as SOPs and provide measurable results from the activities within the time limit assigned.
• Assist marketing team & line manager to achieve goals and targets in the best possible manner.
• Coordinate, Negotiate and communicate with strategic partners to fulfill assigned tasks with deadlines.
• Communicate with inter-organization departments and assess their marketing needs to fulfill them in the best possible manner.

Requirements:

Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration.

Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in related jobs.

Knowledge and Competencies:

• Knowledge of events management and on-ground activation.
• Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis, and statistics methods.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve deadlines with available resources.
• Highest level of communication and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
