Position Title – Department: Junior Manager – Fire & Safety

Job Location: Dolmen Mall Clifton – Karachi

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Environmental Sciences or a related field.
• Relevant certifications and courses in Fire Safety & HSE (Health, Safety & Environment).
• 3 to 4 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry or similar sector.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct routine fire risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Develop and implement effective control measures to minimize fire risks.
• Perform regular inspections of fire detection systems, alarms, smoke detectors, and sprinklers to ensure they are fully operational.
• Respond swiftly and effectively to fire alarms, taking appropriate emergency actions.
• Deliver hands-on training sessions for fire wardens and safety officers to ensure preparedness.
• Maintain full compliance with fire safety protocols, policies, and procedures.
• Record, investigate, and analyze incidents, accidents, or near-misses to identify root causes and prevent future occurrences.
• Keep accurate logs, safety reports, and inspection records up-to-date.
• Prepare and submit detailed reports to management and regulatory authorities as needed.
