Position: Warehouse Manager
Location: Islamabad
The incumbent will be required to lead the warehouse by supervising complete operations including inventory management with 100% accuracy and ensuring that the service performance targets are successfully achieved.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning process to ensure all daily operational activities are executed and meet according to the customer service levels.
- Periodical space and resource planning to ensure smooth operation flows.
- Build and maintain professional relationship with the customers to achieve warehouse and customer’s KPIs.
- Accountable for site profit & loss associated to the stakeholder financial budget set.
- Continually review and improve business processes to improve productivity and add value to DHL services.
- Always ensure that safety and security of HR, premises and equipment is never compromised.
- Manage the effective implementation and use of the appropriate technology in all sections of the service chain, to enhance service and improve productivity.
- Review quarterly operational performance with assigned customer’s account.
- Ensure company goals & objectives are clearly communicated to the ground staff and meet consistently.
- Work closely with supporting department pertaining to non-operational issues, value added initiative, objectives, and other improvement program.
Skills, Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of relevant working experience in warehousing at a multinational or renowned local logistics company.
- Master’s degree preferably in related field from reputable institution.
- Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policies.
- Ability to influence individuals and teams in order to achieve set or desired goals and objectives.
- Strategic thinker with analytical skills, high achievement drive and ability of taking initiative.
- Must have good management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office and other related software. Apply
