Job Summary: Incumbent will be required to perform operational activities at front end counter in issuing and receiving of documents and payments, related to the import / export of shipments on daily basis.

Job Title: Manager Cross Border
Department: International Road Freight
Location: Karachi
Qualification: Bachelors’/ Masters’ in relevant field
Experience: 5-7 years of core road freight or Logistic experience along with 2-3 years of managerial experience particularly in freight forwarding industry.The candidate should have effective communication, strong interpersonal, team building and leadership skills.
Job Summary: Incumbent will be responsible to maintain strong professional relationship with customers through best possible rates, effective planning, designing and execution of their bounded shipments within Pakistan and/or across Afghanistan trade lanes.
He/ She will be required to monitor and coordinate with team and sub-contractors to achieve the set KPIs, considering our standards and best practices.He/ She should have strong commercial approach to help sales in hunting new customers.

Job Summary: Incumbent will be responsible to oversee, analyze and control the financial recoveries from the customers and other stakeholders on daily basis.
He/ She will be recording and handling the bank statement reconciliation, networking control, withholding tax reconciliations & payment and customer disputes resolution as per well-defined KPIs and Order to cash policies.
