Position Title: Lead Security
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitoring the daily Visitors coming in / going out
- Protocol to Company Official Guests
- Monitoring the Fuel Cards of Pool Vehicles
- Ensuring Security of the Premises through CCTV Cameras
- Inspection of the Material Coming in / Going out.
- Ensuring Inward and Outward Gate pass
- Monitoring the employees going out during office hours
- Checking Attendance Record of 3rd party staff on daily basis
- Checking activities of Security Guards 24 X 7
- Arranging Weapon inspection tests of all security guards
- Prepare Duty Roaster of Security Guards
- Issuance of Temporary Car Stickers
- Issuance Car Violation Notices to employees
- Monitoring the Securities posts of the Campus
- Ensuring strong PR with local Police officials
- Dealing with Government Institutions for official matters
Minimum Experience : 5-8 Years Heading Security
Skills – Strong Interpersonal Skills, People Management, Ability to respond quickly, problem solving skills, problem solving and critical thinking.
