Position: Admin & IR Manager
Qualification: Bachelors/Masters

Below is the brief scope of the position:

  • Manage adequate administrative services to the general company area as well as departments.
  • Manage Gate Team for strict control of all inwards and outwards movement/goods with inspection protocols and documentation at all times.
  • Responsible for ensuring the repair, maintenance, housekeeping, and upkeep of Factory premises, including Offices, Departments, washrooms, corridors, roads, gardens, lawns, and residential areas following the sanitation requirements.
  • Vendor Management, Renewal of various contracts e.g. Security, Transport, Canteen, Contractor Workers. Ensure best possible output (quality requirements met) from vendorโ€™s side as per agreed contract/terms and conditions throughout the deal life cycle.
  • Manage office Fleet, Pick and Drop for Executives, Employees, and Buses, and fleet Insurance.
  • Ensure the implementation of all labor-related legislation, Factories Act in true letter and spirit.
  • Manage all Union Related matters as per the labor laws.
  • Promote and maintain Industrial peace and harmony by effectively managing CBA.
  • Maintain regular contact with local staff council and/or union members and subcommittees, monitor, control, and resolve their issues
  • Dealing with corporate affairs and managing regulatory authorities and also ensuring compliance matters (for example Labour Law Compliance).
  • Processing of applications of employeesโ€™ redress of grievances as per law.
  • Preparation of and ensuring payments of legal contributions in respect of EOBI /PESSI/social security etc.
  • Handling Group Life and Health insurances, complaint cell, social welfare plan, EOBI scheme, hiring facilitation, and exit processes.
  • Develop and execute through the team, an effective security plan to support all projects, activities, and overall company Business operations.
  • Ensure that security teams (in-house and third-party) are providing seamless, quality security services.
  • Secure premises and personnel by ensuring regular patrolling measures in place, monitoring surveillance activity, equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
  • Manage and coordinate security operations ensuring that security procedures are implemented and followed as per the Company Security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Position: Finance Analyst
Qualification: Minimum Bachelors/Masters Degree (MBA) and or CA, ACCA, ACMA
Experience: 1-2 years of experience, in a similar role within a manufacturing concern, or Financial Services firm

Below is the brief scope of the position:

  • Review and monitor annual budget; prepare monthly/quarterly/Annual budget review reports with guidance from the CFO.
  • Help develop standardized financial management and reporting tools.
  • Contribute to process improvement as well as Industry Benchmarking.
  • Create internal control systems to ensure good financial management and enable early detection of fraud or errors.
  • Produce financial reports for management, as needed or requested, including income statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets
  • Support CFO in preparing reports for management on major financial issues/risks
  • Provide support in monitoring the cash conversion cycle.
  • Support the CFO in creating financial models to analyze trends, make financial projections, and assess financial risks, adding value and reducing the time taken for strategic decision making.
  • Support the CFO and Collaborating with the functional heads and stakeholders for their input into the annual business planning/budgeting exercise ensuring the coherence of their respective business and technical KPIs.
  • Contribute in special projects that focus on lean initiatives, system transitions, and training of staff.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain teams on matters pertaining to purchase, logistics, transport as well as with the Finance/shared services teams for payments to recoveries, etc.
  • Prepare Market intelligence on product price/price trends, market rates, rate variation ranges across vendors/transporters, and rate variations based on quantity, credit terms, and delivery terms for analysis.
  • Support CFO in preparing Business simulation to optimize processes and contributing in cost optimization strategy development.
  • Support CFO in the review and optimization of Supply Chain and import process with internal and external stakeholders in line with changing regulations.
  • Support the CFO in KPI Development, implementing and executing Supply Chain strategies and service level agreements with the internal teams.

  • Develop long-term research plans to build strong insights into export market opportunities and customers.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in relevant countries, based on the competitive landscape in which the brand will operate. This includes challenges of the export market, meeting regulatory/compliance requirements, key competitors, and general market conditions such as pricing, cultural considerations, the dynamic sales environment, etc.
  • Ongoing as well as ad hoc data preparation and analysis (based on defined parameters) as needed to understand business conditions and acts on findings to improve business results and profitability. This would include a โ€œreal-timeโ€ understanding of what is driving our products and category trends in the marketplace
  • Attend trade shows to support/facilitate contacts with Export customers.
  • Contribute to new product strategy development for the export market; recommend appropriate new product projects. Leads new product teams in the achievement of new product developments and launches, keeping the team on time, on budget, and delivering the agreed-upon volume and profit for new products
  • Manage export packaging and product catalogue. Create and/or update export-specific packaging, as well as meeting Product related International Compliance and safety standards.
  • Monitor export-specific packaging inventories and obsolescence.
  • Explore innovative packaging/labeling techniques available in the market for the better shelf life of the product.

  • Build, develop and nurture a strong and highly engaged marketing organization, capable and focused on delivering growth objectives.
  • Develop Long term research plans/ Market Intelligence strategies to build strong insights into consumers to serve as a strong anchor for strategy and planning (Brand Health Check, U&A, In-house sales teams, etc.)
  • Use own knowledge, Marketing intelligence, identify gaps, develop, and drive the innovation roadmap to ensure a healthy pipeline for the portfolio to enrich the business portfolio across all segments and achieve budgeted Innovation KPIโ€™s.

  • Ensure execution of action plans and implementation of customer service standards.
  • Increasing visibility and connect with customers by planning and executing Market visits.
  • Logging details of market visits as per defined parameters in the relevant system ensuring all data is updated at all times.
  • Managing all aspects of Business Key accounts (as defined by the organization) including market visits, regular connect, complaints management/resolution, and providing sales services, etc.

Below is the brief scope of the position:

  • Work in support of the Lead 3c and Sales Coordinator to execute the end-to-end Sales Operations Management process, from the time the order is placed, till the time the order is delivered to the customer/distributor and the account is settled.
  • Ensure timely execution of all the consequential, and parallel steps in the Sales Operations Management process to ensure the sales cycle is completed. This would contribute to the overall sales target completion.
  • Coordination with the customers for timely payment of invoices and work closely with Finance and Accounts facilitating the account settlement.
  • Coordination with supply chain, logistics/transporters/service providers to ensure timely delivery of the product at the customer premises.
  • Maintain data for customers, as per the required formats and perform customer reconciliations.
  • Be able to maintain relations/coordinate with Banks for processing of pertinent documentation and coordinate for all export-related activity.
  • To liaise and coordinate with various functional areas such as Sales, Marketing, Materials & Logistics, and Finance to integrate associated activities to meet sales objectives with the guidance of the supervisor.
  • Strive towards 100% accuracy in order processing.
  • Follow up with the pertinent stakeholders for the correct information to be entered in the database/documentation/reports during the Sales Process Management.
  • Ensure in-time preparation, and management of all statutory documentation (WHT, DO, etc).
