We are hiring – Marketing Manager – Descon Technical Institute
Location: Lahore
Job Responsibilities:
- Establishing and enhancing a positive brand reputation and perception of DTI among internal and external audiences.
- Strengthen DTI’s online presence by developing and managing multiple platforms, such as websites, social handles, email branding, stakeholders’ engagement, videos, and blogs.
- Developing Communication strategy based on the Institute’ Vision & Mission and share for approval with Manager Communications.
- Coordinating with vendors, activation agencies, for nationwide marketing/communication efforts based on the approved strategy.
- Compiling & designing bi-annual DTI newsletter.
- Develop and manage charity fundraising appeals and other sources of income by recruiting and retaining donors.
- Coordinate and analyze audience research and supporter databases to maximize donation reach; to monitor successful outcomes.
- Networking with private as well as public sector organizations. Establish communication and relationship management to ensure stakeholders’ engagement.
- Contribute towards the development and reshaping of the corporate training business development strategy keeping in view the training opportunities of corporate employees and the long-term business objectives.
- Assimilate corporate training business outlook and prepare an overall strategy to win jobs.
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
- Generation of new leads of corporate training clients through networking and excellent customer service.
- Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions, and exhibitions.
- Formulate the annual marketing budget on detailed revenue and expense projections, including Advertising, PR, Revenue Maximization & New initiatives.
- Impact the profitability of the institute through ensuring strategic and tactical management decisions and new results.
Qualifications: MBA Marketing
Experience: Relevant experience 5+ years
